The place was great. Great location. Clean. We did have a little hot water issue, but they addressed it and got it fixed as fast as they could. The neighborhood was super cute, Safe and worth it. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and others were using it.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views and a fantastic location. Absolutely loved having my morning coffee on that balcony 🤩 so close to great restaurants and shopping, but also felt peaceful. The hosts were incredibly helpful recommending great excursions and beach clubs.

Beautiful and clean condo, spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Woke up to sounds of the ocean waves. Perfect location and walkable to the ferry, beaches and downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Carla and Sebastian were excellent hosts. From booking to checking out the communication was prompt and so incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was exactly as described. The views of the ocean were actually so much better than I could have imagined via the pictures. They had coffee grounds available and filtered water to include ice trays in the freezer. Plenty of dishes, towels (amazing ones, btw), toilet paper, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a group of 6 that stayed here and it was perfect! Beautiful views, very responsive staff if you have any questions, and great location! We enjoyed spending time at the pool and walking down to the beach! Would 10/10 recommend!!

We have stayed in this building a couple of times. We love the location because it’s only a few minutes walk to downtown. There’s a little convenience store on this street and a grocery store right around the corner. Always room to park our golf carts. The pool is nice and the views are stunning. So lovely to watch the sunrise every day on the balcony. The unit is sufficient and was clean. It’s starting to see a bit of wear and tear but it certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. The elevator didn’t work for the whole entire week so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. The last couple of times we stayed we were on the main level so I never noticed whether the elevator worked then. This unit was on the third floor, so it wasn’t too bad going up and down all week. Overall, it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. The hosts were great to deal with and were very responsive.

Amazing location, it doesn't get better. We love Isla Mujeres and this stay was the best we have had. You can't beat the location, it had lots of amenities, and the rooftop was very neat!

Great location close to everything on the north side of Isla Mujeres. The hosts provide concierge-level support and the view of the ocean is spectacular. This is a great spot for a family vacation!

absolutely beautiful location- The balcony was gorgeous and it was so nice to be able to fall asleep to the side of the ocean in the background. it's about a 2-minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and bars and about a 7-minute walk to the beach. absolutely gorgeous location & we'll be trying to stay here next time we're in town- great experience!!
